Himbeer-Smoothie

MAPLE BERRY - For a sweet start to the day!

Would you like to try a new recipe? Then try our sweet raspberry smoothie MAPLE BERRY ! To do this you need the following ingredients :
  • 100g frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp almonds (ground)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 10g amino4u powder
  • 100 ml low-fat milk, lactose-free milk or almond milk
  • 3 ice cubes
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender and mix into a smooth drink. Ready & delicious! Or:
  1. Mix chia seeds with natural yoghurt, maple syrup and 50 ml milk and allow to swell.
  2. Puree raspberries, ground almonds, amino4u powder, 50 ml milk and ice cubes.
  3. Layer the chia yogurt and raspberry smoothie one after the other in the glass. Et voila!
