MAPLE BERRY !
To do this you need the following
ingredients :
- 100g frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp almonds (ground)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 10g amino4u powder
- 100 ml low-fat milk, lactose-free milk or almond milk
- 3 ice cubes
Simply add all the ingredients
to your blender and mix into a smooth drink. Ready & delicious!
Or:
- Mix chia seeds with natural yoghurt, maple syrup and 50 ml milk and allow to swell.
- Puree raspberries, ground almonds, amino4u powder, 50 ml milk and ice cubes.
- Layer the chia yogurt and raspberry smoothie one after the other in the glass. Et voila!
