Pumpkin Smoothie Rezept

PUMPED PUMPKIN - wintery, spicy & sweet

Would you like to try a new recipe? Then try our spicy-sweet & wintery PUMPED PUMPKIN ! To do this you need the following ingredients :
  • 1 small banana
  • 100 g cooked pumpkin
  • 1 half apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10g amino4u powder
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Topping: 1 Fig (alternatively blueberries, small pieces of pear or dates)
  • 200 ml low-fat / lactose-free milk / almond milk
Put all the ingredients except the topping in your blender and puree them into a smooth amino shake. To refine it and depending on your taste, you can add a layer of natural yogurt when pouring the shake into a glass. This gives a fine creamy note.
